By creating an account, accessing, or using Influencer.BD's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Influencer.BD.

You represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Influencer.BD on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Influencer.BD provides a link-in-bio platform that allows users to:

• Create customizable landing pages with multiple links
• Track analytics and engagement metrics
• Integrate with social media and third-party services
• Customize page design and branding
• Access advanced features based on subscription tier

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any such modifications or discontinuations.

Account Creation

To use Influencer.BD, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

You agree NOT to use Influencer.BD for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal activities or promoting illegal goods/services
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
• Adult content or sexually explicit material
• Violence, terrorism, or dangerous organizations
• Intellectual property infringement
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonation of others or misrepresentation
• Scraping, data mining, or automated access
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits
• Selling, reselling, or sublicensing our services without permission

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

Influencer.BD's Rights

All content, features, and functionality on Influencer.BD — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design — are owned by Influencer.BD or our licensors and are protected by Bangladesh and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Influencer.BD ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, display, and distribute your content through our services
• Make your content accessible to visitors of your Influencer.BD page
• Create backup copies and perform technical operations
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements

Content Responsibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content
• Your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Subscription Plans

Influencer.BD offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Credit and debit cards
• Bank transfers
• Other payment methods as made available

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged using your selected payment method.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us at support@Influencer.BD within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds after this period are at our sole discretion.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply upon renewal. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

Service "AS IS"

Influencer.BD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• Defects will be corrected
• Our servers are free from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influencer.BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or BDT 10,000 — whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Influencer.BD and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content
• Your use or misuse of our services

Influencer.BD may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of Influencer.BD shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Influencer.BD, we encourage you to contact us first at support@Influencer.BD to seek a resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Bangladesh law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date
• Sending you an email notification for significant changes
• Displaying a banner notification on our platform

Your continued use of Influencer.BD after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
